Headings are for reference only and in no way define this agreement. Our failure to act on a breach by you or any third party does not waive our right to act in accordance with this agreement. Internet-Timeshare.com may deny use to any third party in its sole discretion. It is agreed that Internet-Timeshare.com will have the right to use information supplied to Internet-Timeshare.com for any purpose, including without limitation publication of all or part of any information for public display. Internet-Timeshare.com shall have no obligation and will not resolve disputes among third parties.
